We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, G pay, Clearpay, Klarna or bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer it can take up to 3 days for funds to clear, orders will only be dispatched once we have received cleared payment.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery (Excludes Northern Ireland)
Please be aware that during peak trading times (eg Black Friday, Christmas etc) deliveries may take a couple days longer than usual due to the volume of parcels couriers received
Standard UK mainland delivery is £3.99. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being placed and will be shipped via 2-5 working day courier (Excludes Northern Ireland). Where a tracking number is supplied by the courier this will be sent to you in your dispatch confirmation. Delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee.
Free standard UK Mainland Delivery when you spend £40.00 or more. Must spend over £40.00 after any other discount has been applied. Postage discount will show at checkout for all qualifying baskets. (Excludes Northern Ireland)
Delivery to Northern Ireland
Couriers charge more for delivering to Northern Ireland, unfortunately this is beyond our control. Smaller orders (up to 2Kg including packaging) will be sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 and delivery is £3.99. Heavier orders will be sent via courier (Evri or DPD) and cost up to £8.99 depending on weight - the delivery charge will be calculated & displayed at the checkout. Delivery to Northern Ireland takes a little bit longer and can be up to 5-7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery outside of the UK
we currently do not ship to destinations outside of the UK.
We use DPD, Evri or Royal Mail to deliver orders, they operate on a 2-5 working day service AFTER dispatch however it is usually much quicker.
Please be aware that sometimes services may take longer than advertised, especially during peak periods. Service times are not guaranteed but are an estimate.
Working days are Monday - Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or any Bank/Public Holidays
If a courier cannot deliver your package they will either leave it with a neighbour or in a "safe place", in some instances they may take it to the nearest parcel collection point to be collected (eg DPD). If they can't, it will be returned to their depot. The courier should leave a calling card to let you know they couldn't deliver it and what has happened to it. If they cannot deliver it after several attempts, or it is not collected from them, they will return it to us. If this happens you will be charged for the original delivery and for re-delivery.
Please note if you change your safe space, or place of delivery from your shipping address, any other circumstance where you give the courier new delivery instructions after we have dispatched your item we cannot be held responsible if your parcel subsequently goes missing.
If your item does not arrive within 7 working days of being dispatched please contact us so we can open a case with the courier. Please be aware that it can take up to 28 days for the courier to investigate and we unable to refund any orders until their investigation is complete.
If your order arrives damaged please either reject the delivery as damaged or sign for the package as damaged and then contact us as soon as possible
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
